CALGARY, ALBERTA – Skiers and boarders will be able to strut their stuff
when the RCR Rail Jam makes a stop at Fernie and Kimberley Alpine Resorts in
January. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis with only 60
spaces available at each event. The jam format will have 2-3 judges the
will narrow the field down to the top 15 participants. The finals will
consist of 2 runs each, with judging done by the other participants. In the
end, the athlete with the highest number of votes wins. There are no
categories for gender, age or sport!
“This is a spectacular event complete with visual acrobatics, music and the

The Rail Jam hits Fernie Saturday, January 10th and Kimberley on Saturday,
January 17th. Registration is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on the day of the
event with a $15 fee. In Fernie you can find the registration in the Fernie
Daylodge (main floor) and at the Stemwinder Eatery in Kimberley. For more
