Today was full of weather and carnage. Ian MacIntosh out of Panorama came out in the lead at the end of day one. Two heli-vacs helped to dampen the competition like the weather. Tomorrow will continue with the final womans run taking place in Ruby Bowl and the remainder of the men will also run in Ruby Bowl.
The finals will be held in Diamond Bowl on Sunday and currently the weather is calling for Clear skies with patchy cloud.

injuries, Run 1 of the Tylenol Canadian Freeskiing Championships will be
continued tomorrow, January 9 in "Ruby Bowl" on Blackcomb Mountain. The
women will have their final run tomorrow in "Ruby Bowl".
The World Tour men's final run will be held on Sunday, January 10 in
"Diamond Bowl" on Blackcomb Mountain.

For those of you that were at Ruby Bowl today the injury update is as
follows-Thomas Diet was flighted to the Whistler Clinic. He to the Whistler Clinic. He has a stable pelvic had a concussion and no broken bones. Rob Wright was flighted fracture and will be released this evening on crutches.
