To submit a video you can either mail it to us, email it to us (has to be small) or you will require an FTP Client. If you already know what an FTP is then here is the info you need to upload a video:

1. Introduction.
Participants may enter the “Dynastar Video Clip Showdown” Contest (Contest) by submitting a video to Biglines.com via FTP, Snail Mail or e-mail. All Contest entries are entered for a chance to win a pair of Dynastar Legends.

2. Eligibility.
The Contest is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec). By participating in the Contest, Participants warrant that they are eligible to participate under the applicable law governing procurement of prizes and awards. Biglines.com reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if Biglines.com determines that Participant did not follow these Official Rules, or if Participant's participation in the Contest or receipt of prize would violate applicable law.

3. Entry.
The Contest starts February 13th 2004 through August 15, 2004 (“Contest Period”). Entries must be submitted during the Contest Period to be considered. All registration information provided by entrant must be true and correct. Biglines.com is not responsible for late, incomplete, invalid, mutilated, illegible or misdirected entries. Biglines.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the operation or entry process of the Contest, or acting in violation of these Official Rules or applicable law. Submissions delayed past the submission deadline of the Contest Period will not be accepted for review. You can enter as many times as you want. We will only choose the best video.

4. Requirements.
Submissions must include the full name, age, and email address of the Participant. A text file with same name as the submitted video should accompany each video.
EG. If you video is called: sunshine.avi you should include a text file sunshine.txt that has your full name, age and email address.
Each submission must be completely unedited and 45 seconds or less. Submissions may include a clip of a single line, multiple line sequence, trick sequence or a combination of both. All video must be unedited without musically accompaniment or editing effects. Any video that has been edited in any way will not be qualified for the contest.

5. Judging.
Biglines.com will review all submissions and choose the winner from the submissions.

6. Winning and Notification.
The winner will be notified within 12 days following the contest end date (March 31st 2004)

7. General Terms and Conditions.
Participating in the Contest constitutes Participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and no obligation of any kind is implied. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner's consent to Biglines.com's use of the winner's name, age, city, state, province or county, and country, likeness, photograph, statements made by the winner about the Contest, Biglines.com, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. BY ENTRY IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS BIGLINES.COM, ITS RELATED COMPANIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPANTS PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM FOR INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. 8. Uses of Personal Information
Biglines.com and Contest sponsors may use your Personal Information (i) to notify you about this Contest (ii) to notify you about other offers from the contest sponsors (iii) to notify you about similar contests Biglines.com may hold in the future. Your Personal Information may be shared with Contest sponsors, and Biglines.com. It will not be provided to any other party.

9. Miscellaneous.
Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Contest or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Biglines.com in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the Province of Alberta, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Alberta, Canada.
