The new site is designed to be an online haven for everyone and anyone interested in sport whether you’re a pro, amateur, or just really keen! The site has spaces for all the athletes to meet up, talk about their experiences; their day on the hill, crazy crashes, or tricks they’ve managed to get down that day. It’s a place you can upload all your best videos and pics, with the best each month winning an extra special mystery d3o prize, post notices about events you’re organising and invite everyone else, and let everyone else know what events you’re going to. There’s even a section where you’ll be able to buy d3o stuff for the first time ever, including cool new limited edition d3o products, t-shirts and hoodies, and everything else in between. The main thing is that the site is completely user driven, built especially for the athletes, meaning that their comments and suggestions will shape the site as grows in the future. So really it’s pretty cool!

Team members who get really involved in the site and d3o also get the chance of promotion to ‘d3o diamond’ status and with it the opportunity to test some of the brand spanking new d3o™ products Nim has been working on in one of our development programmes. You don’t need to be a top pro to get picked for this; d3o diamonds are those members who have got really involved in spreading the word of d3o™ whether it be at events, in the media, to fellow athletes, to people who have been really active on the website.
