It was good to see the grommers, all grownup, out for yet another season of fun and hopefully, maybe.....glory.
It was greybird all the way unfortunately, which made for lousy viewing and beer drinking, however flakes fell, warning of the onslaught coming in the days ahead.
The fight on cold steal was tighter then you know what. And when it was all over,
a few proud urban soldiers stood tall. They waged a final battle for the purse at stake.
It was grotesque, a bloodbath, just what the fans hungered for.
