Montreal, QUEBEC (April 2003) - Orage has announced the list of athletes invited to compete in the most progressive event in skiing this year, the Orage MASTERS to be held during the second annual West Coast Invitational at Mammoth Mountain, May 2-4.

The athletes will compete on a skate influenced jib course including
junkyard cars with rails, various box designs, and the integration
of coping throughout. The athletes will be battling it out for the
rights to a Yamaha YZ250F, YZ125, and PW50 motocross bike. No bibs,
no startlist, just 2 qualifying heats of 12 riders and one final
jam session of 12 for the Yamaha bling. Orage's goal in designing
the MASTERS was to create a competition design and format that could
progress at the same rate of the sport and keep up with rider needs
and wishes. With Mammoth's Unbound Terrain Park crew at the helm
in making the "skate" course a reality, there's no doubt it will
be the best in the world.
