Getting Ready for Winter Now

Getting ready for winter in summer is a good idea! <br /> <br />I always get excited on June 21st because that means the next day we are closer to winter again because the days start to shorten. It might seem crazy but it's true :icon_biggrin: <br /> <br />So I make sure that by October I have everything ready, except the fitness level isn't there yet usually. But my skis are waxed. Boots out of the basement. <br /> <br />I don't buy much new equipment at all, maybe once in 3 years something here and there. Once something works for me that's it. No need to buy until the thing is completely unuseable. <br /> <br />But I suggest to check your equipment way before winter thus you have enough time to research it and buy it. So go ahead and take a look into your calendar and see that the days are trully getting shorter. I'm not kidding, they are. So maybe a new headlamp is needed too.
